Crosley Shelvador Magazine Ad 1952
Larger View
Imagine it: Shelves right in the door!
The copy writer for Crosley may just have missed the MacDonald style by a whisker.
The copy positively reeks of 1952. Betty is now a "hostess" and TE&I is presumably stored in the door instead of a bookshelf.
Historical question: Who had the bangs first, Betty, or Mamie Eisenhower?
