Text Formatting

* Text in the Western group of European languages and the great majority of non-European languages that use the Roman alphabet can be displayed easily. Text from Eastern and Northern European languages that use an extended set of diacritical marks require special handling. The easiest way to do this is to type your text and send it with full markup (as it would normally appear) within the body of an email message, just as though you were sending it within your own country. Your text must be "plain" and must not contain formatting like boldface or italics as these are defined for your own computer and do not transfer to the web. Do NOT send word processing documents, as it is unlikely we have the same programs.
